The attorney door

Where the software stops.

Clear Parting Docs prepares documents from decisions you have already made. It does not tell you what to decide. When the question is about what is right for you, that is a legal question — and it deserves a New Jersey attorney.

Questions we will not answer

  • Is this agreement fair to me?
  • Should I give up spousal support?
  • What am I entitled to from the house, pension, or business?
  • Should I sign this?
  • My spouse and I no longer agree.
  • There are assets my spouse hasn't disclosed.

Not because the software is being coy — answering them would be practicing law, and we are not a law firm.

How attorney help works here

  1. You choose and hire the attorney directly. You pay them, not us.
  2. Clear Parting Docs does not bill for legal services and takes no share of legal fees. You engage and pay any attorney directly.
  3. Nothing on this page creates an attorney-client relationship. That begins when you and the attorney agree to it in writing.
  4. You may use any New Jersey attorney. You are never required to use a particular one.

Clear Parting Docs is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. If you want advice, you engage and pay an attorney directly — we do not bill for legal services and take no share of legal fees. You are free to use any New Jersey attorney; nothing here requires this one.

Firm details verified from graylawgroup.com on August 8, 2026. Contacting a law firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship — that begins when you and the attorney agree it does, in writing.

Or choose any other New Jersey attorney

Your county bar association runs a lawyer referral service; a first consultation is usually a low, fixed fee.

If someone isn't safe
